The 100-Rep Protocol

Day 1 of every Initiation is the same: 100 push-ups, 100 air squats. Break them up however you need.

Most men hate it. That's the point.

Why 100?

100 isn't a workout. It's a contract. It's the smallest, dumbest, most boring possible task that proves you said you'd do something and did it. There's no skill. There's no flair. Just reps.

The men who finish keep finishing. The men who don't, don't. We've watched this for years and it's never not been true.

Run It

  1. 100 push-ups, sets of 10–25 (whatever's hard for you)
  2. 100 air squats, sets of 25–50
  3. Time it
  4. Repeat in 7 days
  5. Beat your time

That's it. Day 1 to Day 8. Go.
